Captain Blue Ring could soon be back in the water following weekend efforts by the crack MPFC boat restoration team over the weekend.
After an arduous session stretching into the early hours of the afternoon and a couple of beers to keep the team awake, the mighty engine of the tub now officially known as Pandora was brought back to life.
A mild case of Donutitis will soon be sorted out and practice sessions for the '08 classic are expected to begin soon.
