Clarification : All bird species are no longer acceptable

Research results published today have confirmed that Pelicans are a valid target species.

Professor Seafood Extender of the world renowned University of Manning Point has today published proof that Pelicans are in fact fish.

As can be seen from this image generated by the Professors latest gadget, pelicans have all the characteristics of a fish internally and as such have been judged by the organising comittee to be a valid target for the upcoming MPFC event.

Mangrove Mikes public relations manager Mini Mike has launched a law suit in the International Court of Arbitration, determined to have his name placed on last years trophy as a result of this revelation.

Barnacle Barrys legal team contacted Professor Seafood earlier today to confirm his findings.

 A spokesman from Manning Point University said that the Professor was unavailable for comment, adding that as the project was fully funded by Mangrove Mike he was unable to confirm or deny that the results where genuine, also saying "oops, I shouldn't have said that."
