Does the curse of the Irish come back to haunt the 2007 Manning Point Fishing Classic? You be the judge.
After the massive effect that the 2006 Classic had on St Patricks Day and the subsequent International Court of Arbitration ruling, it appears that an 'Irish Hex' has been placed on the 2007 Manning Point Fishing Classic.
The Hex appears to have hit both previous winners of the Classic with Barnacle having issues with his vessel and BigJig suffering a grave medical condition. Who will hand over the Yellow Jacket (or hat) ? What's to become of the Classic? Who's cuisine will reign supreme ? Who knows!
