Manning Point Fishing Classic officials have done an incredible job catering for the massive influx of tourists hoping for a glimpse of the great fishing legends due to arrive soon at Manning Point Manor.

 

The numbers of keen fans has exceeded all expectations - additional beach umbrellas had to be imported from China.

The annual Barnacle Barry Medal Awards were held last night at a glittering ceremony at Manning Point Bowling Club and Casino.

Last minute preparations are almost completed for the grand opening of the world famous fishing classic.

The beer is chilling, the rods are sharpened, hooks serviced, reels reeled, bait baited and the fish are nervous.

It's official: The Simpsons will become the longest running prime-time series in American TV history.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marcus Cooperi, Manning Point TV has ordered two more 22-episode seasons of the really life-like animated series. That means The Simpsons will remain on MPFC

News that struggling Port Stephens fishing tournament organisers have tried to poach MPFC entrants by changing their event to coincide with the Manning Point Classic has disappointed organiser Marcus Copperi.
